GoogleHorrendous experience! Nijaani has handled very poorly our experience. It felt like a scam. Our viewing was cancelled and changed to a virtual viewing by Friday and we were told to put an offer on the property by Monday which we did under the condition of viewing the property in person next Wednesday. Monday afternoon we received an email to increase our offer by the same day followed by a quite threatening phone call after we communicated that we don't feel comfortable increasing the offer as we explicitly put the first offer under the condition to view the property first.

GoogleWere great till it came to the end of my lease. Had to call to ask how to arrange my checkout as nobody remembered to contact me. This was three days before my lease finished. Now I’m waiting for my deposit back. It has been 26 days. I knew it would take a bit longer because it’s a busy time of the year but this is ridiculous. No one has helped, I have just been redirected. Communication has been poor. My emails would go unanswered for days. Would avoid using.
