GoogleCameron from Dexters showed us a beautiful apartment for lease close to tower bridge, and my partner and I had an amazing time. Cameron was attentive, engaged, and simply showed how much he himself liked the flat he was showing us. It was a great experience.

I was really concerned about renting my first flat but Danielle made my experience very easy and straightforward, she listened to everything I said I was looking for and found me an amazing flat! She was very professional, friendly and was extremely patient with me. She walked me through the whole process which put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to make sure the property suited me. GoogleWe wanted to share our amazing experience with Dexters and Ida Curiac. Ida was very accommodating and flexible with apartment viewings, we agreed to view a place the same day we had a call! She also listened carefully to our needs and was especially helpful at any aspects and provided a superb customer care. GoogleMy partner and I had a great experience finding an apartment with Dexter's thanks to Cameron who was very effective in finding the exact apartment we wanted, raising the contract, re-doing the contract due to my own mistake. He has been very helpful and patient and made the whole process much more manageable!

GoogleThank you to Lee for a great service in viewing and Shannon who helped connected us to the flat. Edit: A lot of issues came up with the flat during the tenancy and there is a lack of response from the property managers. Issues brought up from last year has not been sorted out.

Danielle was extremely helpful and showed me a range of properties within my budget yet still stayed within my very specific requirements. As it was my first time renting I was super nervous however Danielle was patient and kind and was available every step of the way. Unlike other agents, that spam you with ads of flats that CLEARLY dont match what you are looking for, Saskia really tailor fitted the flats she was suggesting to me and managed to find us a lovely new home! I wish that could be the standard and common sense of estate agents in London, but after heaving so many nightmares with most agencies, this 1st class service from Dexters was really refreshing. However, based on the new tenancy process (finding quality tenants and effective communications/paperwork) in January 2024 I would now up that to a 5 star review. Shannon Waterfall was very helpful and always available.
