GoogleBLINKIN’ BRILLIENT . We sold our London flat through Dexsters Estate Agents. What impressed us most was the professional level of communication with us. They were all over the sale and at every stage kept us up to date with progress. As with all sales especially where solicitors are involved Dexsters went above and beyond to assist in resolving all queries. Right upto the day before exchange and completion when the buyers solicitors threw in a few curve balls they were on it and as a result were able to get the deals over the line. Every time we contacted Dexsters office it didn’t matter who answered the phone they dealt with the query or got the relevant agent to get back to us with an answer. We would have no hesitation in using Dexsters again not just for sales but for rentals as well. Seriously efficient and my goodness do they certainly earn their money. And finally I don’t exaggerate when I say it felt like a very personal service, as though we were the most important clients they had. Now thats what I call SERVICE .

GoogleAwful experience trying to sell my flat through Dexters. After receiving multiple letters asking to list with them, I decided to switch from the local agency I had it listed with for Dexters as I thought they may have a wider reach. BIG MISTAKE. It has been listed with them since July and they’ve not managed to get a single viewing! The local agent managed to get viewings at a price that was 15% higher. Ever since I listed with Dexters they have been pushing weekly to reduce the price. They told me I’d be able to sell my flat at a certain price, and I went below that to maximise my chances. Despite going below what they suggested, they didn’t get any viewings and continue to ask every week to drop the price further even though other flats are selling around the price I have chosen. They seem to have a real lack of understanding of how to price flats in the area and their only strategy is just to keep pressuring you to drop the price every week. And now that they’ve not been successful, they’re suggesting I take the flat off the market! It’s been listed with them for less than 4 months and they are asking me to remove the listing with them. Complete time wasters.

GoogleLeon helped guide me through my first experience of renting a property. He was very responsive from the start and worked hard to find potential tenants. He did this successfully at the value he gave at the start of the process. He was even more helpful when it came to completing all the necessary steps to let my flat. There were a few bumps along the way but I always felt that Leon had my back. He did a great job of finding solutions and getting everything sorted. If you are thinking if doing the same I would recommend that you talk to Leon.
