Have been dealing with a washing machine replacement with Huseyin from Dexters' property management team. Despite some delivery failures from using my own supplier, Huseyin kept the communication smooth and speedy and resolved it perfectly. Tenants are happy too.

EDIT: I have received a swift resolution to the below issue and so I have amended my review accordingly. Since reaching out to Dexters (which was lovely and helpful) I have since been bombarded by sales post. I asked to be removed from the list and yet the letters keep coming. It's roughly one a fortnight. The latest letter contains inaccurate information about my property being for sale which it is not, with an agent I've never spoken to and at a price its never been listed at. Having already tried to speak directly to them, I'm now feeling ignored and frustrated that I keep having my time wasted.

The house was handed over to us in disastrous conditions regarding dirt, garbage left by the previous tenants that was never taken away, humidity on the walls, and a bad smell. After several emails completely ignored by the agency, we had to spend our own money to restore the premises to a livable condition (additional professional cleaning and purchase of a dehumidifier).During the rental period, we suffered a water leak that flooded the house. Dexter left us in these conditions for almost a month because, according to them, it was not their responsibility. When we left the house 2 months before the end of the contract out of desperation, the agency, at the end of the rental period, asked to withhold a huge amount from the deposit, accusing us of leaving the house dirty and damaged. Despite the physical and moral damages we suffered, we still cleaned the house before leaving. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying away from such people who, in addition to being unprofessional, unavailable when it comes to their responsibilities, and greedy, only care about the customer when they have to sell, abandoning them immediately after to face problems alone and only making themselves heard to collect payments.

While the unit I was interested in had already been booked, Fraser told me about two off market properties that were available that would possibly meet my needs. Given I was traveling the next day, not only did he go the extra mile to get me a last minute showing, he met me promptly in person to discuss future leads. Great service thus far!

I felt in good hands, and really appreciated the quick responses. GoogleSam has been attentive in mediating between us (the tenants) and the landlord. Thanks to Sam the Landlord was flexible in letting us hold on to some of the existing furniture and have the rest put into storage free of charge for us. Thanks! (dropped a star only because comms back-and-forth can sometimes take a few days.. some of which is likely due to the landlord being in a different time zone)
