Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. They knew exactly what I was looking for, which meant that Hugh Turner was immediately able to tell me about a stunning flat which met my specification and had just come back on the market unexpectedly. I leapt at it instantly! From there, it was an easy and collaborative working partnership with Hugh, which held the (now shaky) chain together and allowed me to exchange within a very short number of weeks. Such a blessing to have found an estate agent who has the experience and skill to smooth the buying process and take early action to avoid any possible bumps. Thank you Hugh! Highly recommended.

GoogleSimply the number 1 estate agents team in London. Last year I had a gem to sell in the East End, many local agents and the usual "big guns" tried their best to make the sale happen. Appalling service. Renting a flat in London from Dexters and they have neglected to carry out a mandatory gas/electric safety check to ensure the property is safe. Constant electric blackouts and heating / hot water cut outs. Chairs broken, damp because of inadequate ventilation systems and old windows letting in drafts etc. microwave rusted at the seal - totally unsafe. Blinds broken. Some electrical sockets do not work. No information where the boiler is situated or electric gas meters. Front door locks - only one works and letterbox broken so falls off leaving a gaping whole in the door and draft. Reported Dexters to H&S executive as that might wake them up to their legal responsibilities. Never use Dexters. That’s the message, as it’s bad for your mental and physical health the stress of trying to get them to do anything at pace and with compassion 🥲
