Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

Nieth has also been great to work with so far, quick to respond and focused on helping me resolve my requests! I was searching for an apartment in East London and viewed one of Joe's listings. I immediately fell in love with the unit but had a few requests that I needed to negotiate with the landlord. From the very first day when I expressed my interest of a property back in early July, Harriet Gigson has been very helpful, informative and communicative. I came in to the agency with my cycling gear, but I my interest on a property was taken seriously, I was also a first time home buyer. Since then until completion, Harriet has always been very helpful, liaising between the vendor, the solicitors and myself. Always coming back with answers/or willing to find the answers with any queries I put forward. Always informing me with any progress or updates about the purchase. I highly recommend Harriet. Had to sell a flat as an executor in a friend's Will. We had to obtain three evaluations. We chose Dexters as their price evaluation was realistic. They were brilliant. Although they knew we'd have to wait till probate before a sale could be completed, they lost no time in getting viewings. They consistently kept us up to date throughout the process with prospective buyers or solicitors. On sale they negotiated well with the buyers and obtained an excellent price. All the staff were friendly and Jodie Ryan was incredibly helpful as was Ruairi O'Mahony.

I was really impressed with Ruairi, Jodie and the team at Dexters and the service they provided. We were bombarded with agents who wanted to sell our property and Dexters were the only agency to actually knock on our door to introduce themselves personally. They worked around our various needs when arranging viewings, had a sense of humour when needed, worked long hours, always answered calls and emails and went the extra mile in to deal with the estate agent of the property we were buying after we, lets say, didn't see eye to eye. I could not recommend them enough. Thankyou Dexters.

Dexter’s is a friendly and very accommodating agency, although Dennis was extremely impressive from the valuation until the point of move in. As I was renting my property out for the first time I was nervous. However he answered all my questions and kept me updated at all times. He found me the perfect tenants and made sure I knew what to expect after they moved in. I would definitely recommend Dennis & Dexter’s if you are looking to rent or sell your property

I recently had an excellent experience finding a rental property with Joe Read at Dexters on Broadway Market. There is a real neighbourhood feel to the place and Joe was efficient, friendly and professional, I really felt like he was 'on our side' and not just trying to flog the property. There were a few minor teething problems with the property which he sorted out straight away and we're really happy with the flat. I'm recommending him to all my friends!

Andy was the agent who was looking after us and we were pleasantly surprised with a level of customer service he has provided. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also recommended a very good mortgage broker, as we had difficulties finding one. I have to admit my husband is very picky and Andy's patience and diligence is impressive, as well as the number of properties he has found for us in such a short time. Overall had a very good service at Dexter's and Andy is a star.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Joe Reed, who was showing me the flats was very patient with all my queries and was very understanding towards my budget constraints and requirements and never made me feel that it is difficult to work towards my budget. He made every attempt to find out what I was looking for and was very well informed to answer queries. I would definitely recommend Dexters, especially Joe for future house searches for my friends. Moreover, another positive point about their team is you can contact the same person who shows you the flats for problems with tenancy/ maintenance issues. You don’t have the hassle of going to different departments each time like some other agencies.
