Really enjoyed dealing with Dexters @ Boradway Market and with Sengan in particular. He found me a lovely flat in no time at all, exactly what I was looking for! Sengan was very professional, friendly and efficient, always there to answer any questions, either by phone or by email. I find the consistency in who you are dealing with and availability of someone to speak to really important, in particular after having to deal with some of other estate agencies in the past. Also, Dexters do not bombard you with emails recommending random, often completely unsuitable properties - another one of my pet hates! So - will sure recommend Sengan (and Dexters) to my friends! Keep up the good work!

I can recommend Hugh for first time buyers. Having met and seen a large number of agents and properties Hugh actually took the time to show you the property (rather than just leave you to look for 2 mins and expecting you to buy) and I didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. He also took time out to let me view for a second and third time, and measure up for furniture. After my offer was accepted barring issues outside for Dexters' control it was a relatively pain free process and Hugh kept me informed of the purchase status throughout the process. Would use again!

We have let our flat out with Dexters for the last 18 months and have been more than happy with their service. Our account Manager Georgia Cole has been professional and extremely helpful at all times. More recently we have found ourselves with a tenant wishing to remain in the property after notice was given and throughout the whole nightmare of a process, Georgia has been knowledgable, efficient, helpful and above all supportive - I can't recommend her highly enough, she has gone above and beyond her job role and I will be forever thankful to her!

Recently moved out of a Dexters property - very satisfied

I recently came off a lease contract for a property managed by Dexters. In the UK, the service you get as a renter is oftentimes sub-par, however, Dexters in my experience is a remarkable exception. Even though I was "just" a renter of a relatively low-cost property, I was treated respectfully by Dexters staff, and if there were disagreements, i.e. when it came to the deposit reimbursement, they did everything to resolve the issue quickly and satisfactory. I want to especially mention Monika, who was my primary contact for property management, and Paul, who was the letting agent. Both did their utmost to make the often unpleasant realities of renting in London much more enjoyable.

Let down by poor communication within the company

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.
