Their process for leaving a property as a tenant involves a scheme clearly favouring employing partners of theirs and a disproportionate retention of deposit.

Really disappointed with Dexters. Twice my property was left unlocked after a viewing. Communication was sporadic and ofter out of date with pro format emails not suited to my situations. Initial valuation was high but they suggested reducing it after a few days once they had the businesses. Only quick response from them was after completion when, within 10 minutes I had an email asking for a five star review.
