Evie Buckingham is an absolute star

Evie Buckingham is an absolute star of a Property Manager. With a time sensitive issue, Evie managed to pick up all the details accurately, and she engaged with different teams to help find a timely and coherent resolution to the issue. In this age of automated systems it was a pleasure to feel heard and supported by someone so engaged over the phone, even on a Friday! Kudos to Evie. Genuinely great service and it makes all the difference. Actually, the PM team is wonderful - I have also spoke with Charmaine Carter (shout out for you too Charmaine!). Dexters - Superb service

Charlotte and her team of property managers provide a superb and highly professional service to me - and to my tenant (which is important as well of course.) The team are diligent, hard-working and contactable as well as being really proactive and very quick to flag any maintenance or tenancy issues. I've been with Dexters for nearly 10 years now as a landlord and just wouldn't go anywhere else. I've got total confidence in the team to manage my flat and would 200 per cent recommend.

We chose Dexters to support us with the sale of our flat since they seemed to have the capacity to provide a range of back up services. This was not only clear from their own promotional material but even more importantly from the large number of very positive reviews of the company. We knew that we would require significant support since we were effectively selling the flat remotely and could not be in London during the sales process. The choice of Dexters proved to be inspired since it is no exaggeration to say that our sale would simply not have happened without their ongoing support. The team of Jason and Niyaz steered us through the whole sale process. Not only were they knowlegeable and efficient but were always courteous and friendly. We always felt that we were in safe hands. Jason and Niyaz were instrumental in finding just the right buyer for our flat and also helping and guiding the buyer through the whole process. We also had support for some remediation work which was needed for the front door of our flat and also for the removal of some belongings which we had not had time to remove earlier. All in all Jason and Niyaz were crucial to the successful sale. At the beginning of the sales process Jason gave us advice as to how long the process was likely to take and his prediction turned out to be almost spot on. It is hard to imagine a better experience in a sales process.

She also did a great job in helping us evaluate slightly different locations, formats etc using her deep knowledge of the local market. Great service and communication

During our 2 year tenancy the property we lived in was managed by Dexters property management, the staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever there were issues with the property, we were able to reach someone who was able to provide assistance. Nikki Harris was managing the property we lived in, the five of us who lived there would like to thank her in particular for her consistent help and advice throughout the tenancy, she has always been massively helpful regarding any issues or questions we've had. For a few of the people living in the property this was their first time renting, Nikki always took the time to explain things clearly and in a way that helped us to understand how issues were being dealt with. Any issues with the property were always addressed as quickly as they could be and we always felt in safe hands. Many thanks

We have worked with Dexters since 2019 and are landlords of one property. There have been ups and downs with tenants and we have found a way through working together. Having a key contact who is readily available is most helpful, particularly when there are tricky minutiae to deal with. We have worked with several members of staff in this capacity over the years; always seeking to be helpful and supportive. The level of professionalism has generally been high. Currently, Sherina Downes is our point of contact; she is excellent and deserves five stars on her own. Great communication and sees things through.

There is one person in dexters he’s name is Muhil. I didn’t know anything about London apartments and he helped me soooo muchhhh and because I was in Greece I couldn’t see the apartment and he was soo helpful we did so many FaceTimes together to find the right apartment for me. Selling my property was a complicated process, it was a shared-ownership home and made more challenging by Building Safety Act requirements and ongoing remediation. Because of the added complexity, I needed an agent who genuinely understood the local market and the regulatory and lending issues involved. Dexters proved to be exactly that. Jason was outstanding throughout. His understanding of the Building Safety Act, mortgage lender requirements, and the broader market was extremely valuable, and his advice was consistently clear and well-reasoned. He approached every complication calmly and constructively, and his experience really helped keep the sale on track. I felt well-supported at every stage. Dexters also attracted serious buyers, which made a noticeable difference in a situation where casual interest would have wasted time. Viewings and offers were handled professionally, and communication was reliable throughout. I also want to highlight the brilliant work that Frohar did in managing the progression of the sale. She was consistently positive, highly diligent, and excellent at coordinating with buyers. Her involvement played a key role in securing a strong, committed purchaser, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. Matt in the sales support team also deserves huge recognition. He was sharp, proactive, and very effective in keeping momentum and helping the sale move towards completion.
