Selling my property with Dexters was an exceptional experience, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism, proactive approach, and dedication made a potentially stressful process smooth and successful. When my first sale unexpectedly fell through, they managed to quickly find a second buyer in a tricky market and also dealt with the added complexity around EWS1 certification for a high rise flat. Their proactive attitude ensured minimal delays, and they kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me complete confidence in their ability to get the job done. The property was tenanted during the sale, which presented some logistical challenges, but they coordinated seamlessly with the tenant, scheduling showings at convenient times and ensuring the property was presented in the best possible light. There were a few hiccups along the way, as expected in any property sale, but they dealt with each one efficiently and calmly. Whether it was addressing buyer queries, resolving paperwork issues, or navigating unexpected delays, they handled everything with transparency and expertise, keeping the sale on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason, Immy, Molly, Becky and the rest of the team to anyone looking to sell their property. Extremely unprofessional conduct and repeated harassing contact

Extremely unprofessional conduct and repeated contact amounting to harassment. I have received unwanted calls and emails from Dexters since 2017, each time I have asked them to remove my contact details from their database but either through neglect, lack of training, incompetence or IT issues, I have repeatedly still gotten more calls/emails every few months. Unless you want to forever receive spam calls from them, avoid like the plague.

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.

Monika has been managing my flat for rent for the last year or so. She has always been friendly, responsive and proactive, communicated regularly by email and by phone and I have been able to feel the flat is in good hands. Recently we've had some issues with damage coming from the flat above and she has gone the extra mile to chase the managers of that property so that the damage can be repaired.
