Unacceptable delay, made worse by the fact the contractor needs to buy a spare part, which will cause more delay. They have no clear SLA with the (cheap) contractor, nor do they seem to want to share their complaints process.

Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.
