I was recently discussing residential property in West London with Chris and found that he was able to direct me to some very useful sources of information for judging what to do with my own property in the next few years. GoogleAmazing staff! When I came in with questions on a previous rental contract I was trying to sever in order to move into a property with Dexters, Christopher Dowds came to the rescue. He was very informative and had no problems answering the many questions that I had which was very reassuring since I’m not familiar with UK rental laws! Many agencies here try to take advantage of your status and esp. if you’re foreign but with Christopher you’re in good hands. I would definitely recommend researching as much as you can about UK renting (letting) so that the agents can better accommodate you with any concerns!

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.
