I don't know if it's common practice for Dexters' estate agents to be working weekends but being so flexible she really helped me out a lot. They maintained both professional and friendly services throughout the process and able to help me getting what I need through their great relationship with the landlord.
In particular, I really appreciate the time both my property manager Oliver Cox and the handyman spent in making sure my property is being taken care of, and all my requests (a lot) are well attended in a promptly and professional manner.
I know I’m in good hands throughout my tenancy period now.
