Don't trust them

I’ve been trying to rent one property they kept posting on their website and on right move since March 2021, first time in March I’ve been ignored like I was a ghost so I just gave up, I saw the same property online few days ago and I want to highlight that it was just few days ago the release on the website and I applied straight away for a viewing with no response, so I proceeded to call the branch asking to apply for the property even without viewing it , as I know was what I was looking for, they punctually repeated me for at least 3 calls that the department of letting a weren’t on office and they couldn’t accept any offer because they were sales, the last time was on Saturday evening and I asked the agent to specifically check if the property was available and he said yes and to call on Monday to put down the offer. Which I did after also send an email with the offer, but the property obviously was already rented.Do you even look at your emails or at your website enquires before accepting any offer? I specifically said I would have paid 3 months in advance and move in about 7 days and being ignored over an offer like this when the agent already knows I can provide any documents they needs is just frustrating.If you can’t do your work properly don’t.By the way, the property is still on on the website, I’m even wondering if is a ghost property they use just to attract people

Careful who you TRUST ! You can be left homeless ! An horrible experience working with Dexters Letting Agents ! Non professional , irresponsible and impolite ! Been dealing with them for almost a month . I and my partner got in touch with Dexters for a property we wanted to rent . Have been quite punctual with everything our letting agent has asked for , have paid every money she asked for as a holding deposit & even a month of rent in advance or the damage deposit , gave all our data , and in the end we were just left homeless ! They just came with a justification that the landlord changed her mind about letting the property after 2 weeks of the whole process , let me mention here we had even signed a contract that according to the agency it only would been executed when we moved into the property .. It also took ages to be refunded from them , furthermore they try to steal your money as the refund wasn't fully one . I called the letting agent several times to get my money back & she didn't even apologise , ever ! Called , emailed & wrote a thousand of times to the letting agent , but I don't know who has hired her as her level of professionalism is 0 ! She just ignored me , my calls & my texts ! If there were an option I would give Dexters 0 star ! So as you can understand , be aware people and try to avoid them as a company !
