I don't suffer fools for long, so it says a lot about Dexters' lettings agency and management teams that I've stayed with them for about six years. We moved from our flat in March, since that time we are trying to get back reimbursement which Dexters agreed to give us back due removing kitchen for two days. Until today we didn’t receive money back. Every month when we chase them, sending emails they are replying that by “14th “we should get our money back. Obviously still didn’t receive it. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. When everything is fine you won’t realize but when you face the issue in your flat/house problems start.

GoogleAppalling attitude .... I had the unfornate experience of attempting to use their service to help find a flat to rent. My husband had several viewings lined up and mistakenly mxed up two of the appointments. We arranged for an alternative viewing later in the week. Hettie claimed we didn't confirm yet I absolutely replied to her accepting the offered time slot. And guess who never showed up? Being spiteful toward a client is the worst kind of attitude. Do not waste your time with these children.

GoogleMy friend and I were searching for a flat to move-in with short notice 1-2 weeks as we are both starting to work in London. It was practically impossible for us to find a property as the market is obviously quite tense at the moment. I was in contact with multiple agencies and agents from Dexters, some of them booked online viewings and never called, some of them never offered us the chance of making an offer. Never replied to emails, to calls or never called or emailed back. I was then in contact with Ronni Platt, who has been nothing but extremely respectful, diligent, serious and responsible . He regularly checked up on us without being intrusive, contacted us when he had new properties, was extremely thorough with the online viewings and with the amount of information he forwarded to us. I truly felt like everyone was winning from the situation, the landlord and us instead of feeling that we were the losing side. He also was more than accommodating when our affordability became a slight problem and made arrangements on our behalf for us to be able to rent, when he could’ve just ghosted us to put someone else on the property. He kept his word to us that we would be the priority for this flat and made everything necessary for it to happen. His colleagues in this agency were also always available on the phone and I never had to wait to be able to reach anyone at this Dexters agency. I sincerely send my best regards to Ronni, and to his supervisor/manager who did an amazing job with us. I know for a fact that the next time I will be searching for a flat in London, I’ll use Dexters, and Ronni Platt, if I can. Hamza S. Belahmadi

GoogleThe property management team are generally nice but work very slow. It has been a Full Month since I moved in, I just got hot water and heating working this week (after 3 weeks, finally). Still have a broken washing machine they can’t properly arrange engineers to fix, and up until today, it has still been delaying(4 weeks). I understand they are busy, but the property clearly has issues unresolved until I moved in, and No one told me any of the issues. It has been extremely frustrating coordinating with engineers and Dexter.

GoogleI engaged Dexter to rent out my house and my flat in the City and Dexter’s provided an honest and professional service. I don’t expect much from estate agents these days, but Dexter’s especially took the time to explain the market and understand the tenant I was looking for. Rather than bothering me with bureaucratic details, they took it upon themselves to do the legwork, and after only a few days of viewings we had fantastic offers. I would like to single out Nick and Jilka for their fantastic and friendly service. They were passionate about our flat and about their jobs, always providing friendly buy honest advice and feedback.
