Personally would never use or recommend Dexters to anyone again after the experience we had as renters. I think they seem decent at getting the properties let initially but their follow-through with actual tenants is terrible. Took us over 2 weeks to get hot water back in our property (a basic right) and not without chasing every single day. Has left an awful taste and couldn’t possibly recommend.

As a first-time buyer, I was quite unfamiliar with all the processes and terminology that accompany purchasing a property. Thankfully, the team at Dexters made everything very straightforward. There were certainly some moments of stress, as is the norm with these things, but my agent Oliver was always a calming influence for all parties. Communication was flawless throughout, and it was never a problem to get in touch, something that may seem insignificant until it becomes very significant! Finding a new house to move in, it is always a stressful experience but since the first conversation I had with Manny I knew I was in really good hands! My previous experience with a different estate agency was not great but she made the whole process much easier with her knowledge about the flat I wanted to rent. John, Daniella and the team at Dexters Hammersmith were an absolute delight to work with as a tenant moving from overseas to the Hammersmith area. They were responsive and really helpful with all of our questions. In particular, they were a godsend when we arrived, jet lagged and tired, to pick up our keys for our rental and went above and beyond to drop us (and our four large suitcases) to our accommodation and introduce us to our landlord.
