Sian and Avni handled the sale of my flat and can't begin to praise the work they have done to get my flat sold. Sian handled the showings and negotiated the sale price. She has always been responsive, professional and available for updates. Her interactions never felt rushed and she made sure I was up to date on any developments. She kept a very positive attitude throughout the process. Once the transaction reached the next stage, Avni is the kind of person you need to keep everyone in the focused on the task at end, including other parties involved in the transaction. She will push everyone as needed and periodically when things are not timely or where there is unnecessary lag. She will not let a day pass without checking in and asking for updates. I strongly recommend Sian and Avni both for your purchases and sales!

Very disappointing experience with Dexters Hammersmith. I travelled almost 2 hours for a confirmed viewing and arrived early. I even emailed beforehand to confirm I was there. The agent did not show up. When I called the office after waiting, I was repeatedly told that the agent was “on the way” and “arriving shortly”. After waiting even longer and calling again, I was then told the property had already been let and that an email had supposedly been sent earlier that morning. I checked my inbox, spam and all previous correspondence carefully, no such email was ever received. What disappointed me most was not the cancellation itself, but the lack of honesty, communication and professionalism. A simple truthful explanation and apology would have been enough. Unfortunately this caused a significant waste of time and travel.
