We've clearly stated what our budget is and what we DON'T want the property to have. We clearly stated that we're happy to talk over the phone once there's a property we like and we get the info we needed. They kept calling before even e-mailing what they have to offer. When they e-mailed the properties they were way out of the budget, didn't include the information we required, but some of the did include things we exclusively said we do not want in a property.
