As soon as we decided on a flat he showed us, he has been professional, responsive and extremely helpful in the process for letting the flat. I would highly recommend to anyone that asked.

GoogleWe had a really bad experience. Dexters Chiswick pushed us hard to make an offer on a property, they called us relentlessly, and told us that the seller was ready to move quickly. This was not the case. After we had paid for lawyers and a surveyor, the sellers dropped out completely unexpectedly. Dexters informed us with a brief email with no apology (they stopped calling entirely as they no longer wanted anything from us). They made no recognition that they had been pushing hard on the idea that the sellers were ready to go. A frustrating waste of time and money.NegativeQuality

I must say that we were very satisfied with the seriosity and involment of Natasha.The whole process was straight forward and very quick, it is even possible to dropp any of the documents to the nearest Dexters office, which is again extremely handy.
