After signing up with dexters I had more than 5 viewings in the first 10 days and 2 offers a few weeks later. The team in chiswick are professional and charming. The whole process from finding house to the very end which was signing the contract was quick and really well managed. All the communication via telephone and email was efficient and very clear. We knew from the beginning what documents we need and even if there was some problems Kate managed to help us ASAP.
The rest of the staff ware also very welcoming and friendly to us. We would highly recommend Dexters - Chiswick to our friends.

GoogleI have used Dexters to find tenants and manage my property for over five years now, and I have found their service to be consistently of the highest level. Communication has always been good, with honest opinions about price and expectation when looking for tenants.
Most recently, Kate Stevens from the Chiswick office helped manage a change of tenant very successfully: I was kept very well informed throughout the process and any issues arising were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The property management team are also excellent in keeping an eye on the property during the tenancy- I believe the tenants are similarly well supported from the other side too.
From my experience I can highly recommend Dexters- I've never thought about moving on!

GoogleI have been renting my properties in W4 for over a decade, have used or been in contact with all of the agents in the area, and found ALL of them to be reactive, literally sitting at their desk waiting for the phone to ring. Not Dexters! In fact the opposite, a really proactive and knowledgeable team, headed up by Michael and Andrew who between them probably have more experience in the rentals market than the rest of the agents put together. I haven't had a void period, have never received the wrong advice and just rented again for 3 years. A tenant that they found in November. I still do my research and rang the other agents when my tenant had given notice and all of them said they were really quiet and there was nothing going on due to the time of year. Dexters booked in 7 viewings in 5 days and rented my property, again, for asking price.
