Highly arrogant rude and unprofessional. The agent my husband spoke to was Jimmy Dhingra. My husband had to cancel a viewing in the last hour today because of an unexpected work situation. The estate agent called him an hour before to confirm the appointment. Earlier today, we had already done two viewings with Dexters. My husband was about to call the agent to cancel when the agent called first. When my husband explained that we couldn't make it anymore, an hour before the appointment, the agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He claimed our reason wasn't acceptable and said we shouldn't have booked the viewing in the first place. He even suggested that my husband wouldn't have called to cancel if he hadn't called first. To top it off, the agent stated that he would be taking us off the system. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is astonishing, especially considering we had already spent part of our day viewing properties with Dexters. People have their own lives and unexpected situations happen all the time. We are not playing around by booking viewings. sometimes changes are unavoidable. So try to be professional in the future please.

The team found and recommended excellent tenants who kept the property in good condition and paid the rent on time. I was very happy with the service the Acton branch provided and I found them professional and easy to deal with.
