I recently worked with Kai to secure a rental property a Park Royal and he is indeed great at his job! He helped secure viewings for properties that matched my requirements - demonstrating his attention to detail - and also helped negotiate a great rate on the property we settled on, making him a brilliant sales man! On the property itself, he managed communications with the Landlord effectively, ensuring everything we needed prior to move-in was done and any issues promptly resolved. Kai is a great real estate agent and I couldn't recommend him enough!

We recently moved into a 2-bedroom flat, and I have to say, the experience with Dexters was outstanding. The flat is spacious, filled with natural light, and was immaculately clean when we arrived. I want to especially highlight Rachel Martin, who made the entire process seamless. From helping us find the perfect property to finalizing the deal with the landlord, Rachel was professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient. She was always available to answer our questions and ensured every detail was handled with care. I don't think I will ever work with Dexters as an organisation just because of the experience with Dexters Acton. The only person in the Acton office I would recommend working with is Charmaine. The agent we worked with was more interested in getting the flat leased than insuring we were comfortable and happy. As a person who also works in sales, it seems reporting a KPI at a team meeting took priority over building trust with their customer. Which is unfortunate because we plan on purchasing a home in the next 18 months, and it would have been an opportunity to build a relationship so we would continue working with them. We asked for certain things to be in place ahead of our move in, and the way we were pressured to move our move-in in date up, you would think the flat would have been ready. Unfortunately for us, that wasn't the case. We had to refuse to move-in so they would paint the walls and fill in the holes like we asked. This took a week, and luckily we still had extra time at our previous place. We also asked for the carpets to be cleaned due to the previous tenant smoking excessively inside the flat, and that wasn't done. We had to hire our own Carpet cleaner, and the dirt turned the water in the cleaner black. It took two days for the carpets to eventually start to surface a greyish tint to the water. To this date the smoke smell is still in the apartment as we are unable to sleep comfortably in the Master bedroom. The first few nights we had to sleep in the living room because the smell was so overwhelming. We're still dealing with some faulty lights in the bedrooms, and living room and were never given a mailbox key. When we expressed our desire to have the week we were not living in the flat comped to our next months rent, we were told the landlord went above and beyond by painting the place since it was habitable. Therefore we would not get a credit for the week we refused to move in. To be honest, I'm not even sure the agents ever asked the landlord about the credit, and habitable is vague which is why we clearly stated in our lease application that we wanted the walls painted and carpets cleaned. Technically based on the condition of the flat when we moved in and the details of our lease, they were in breach of contract. Overall it's just been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

In the past month we have had two properties let by Dexter's, and on each occasion the service has been absolutely top notch. All those little things that need doing to get the rental done, the guys at the Acton office handled. Simon and Rachael were helpful, friendly and always on hand to get the jobs done. The latest rental, I had to try and deal with from all the way over in China on a three month work trip! Because of this, I relied heavily on Charmaine, who made the entire process smooth and hassle free. She dealt with everything I couldn't, being so far away and really went above and beyond to help get the property rented quickly and smoothly. Fantastic agent and fantastic service!
