My experience with Dexters Acton Estate Agent has been a good one. Last month I started looking for new shared accommodation to rent. I did not know the agency until 17 May when I called them. I had a viewing the next morning, which was very successful. We agreed to start the process to move to that property. I learnt how complex this process is and how thorough Dexters is. Ten days after the viewing all appeared in order. I would certainly recommend this agency to other potential tenants.

I want to extend a massive shoutout to Dexter’s estate agency in Acton, particularly to Rachel. Last Saturday, my partner and I visited a property Rachel arranged for us to view. Reading the comments here, we understand that excellence is definitely the norm when it comes to Dexter ACTON, but one name doesn’t stand out enough and it's definitely Simon Harding! We had a first-class experience with him, from the beginning to the end. It only took him a few hours to help us finding the perfect home for us, after we'd been looking for weeks and weeks with other agencies. We've never seen an agent making match the expectations that of a tenant with those of a landlord with so much promptness. It certainly takes experience, but above all it takes skills, empathy and dexterity :) Simon has it all ! Truly impressive. Bravo and thank you Simon!
