Dexters Acton successfully found a replacement tenant extremely quickly to ensure I had no void period. They kept me fully informed of all developments as they happened, found a tenant quickly and when that didn't work out, found me good replacements with amazing speed and efficiency. Very responsive to my situation and very personable. Felt like they were pulling out all the stops for me. Extremely pleased with service, advice and outcome. Julian Kroll in Sales kept in regular touch with me after I bought the property, which is why I came to Dexters when I needed to re-let. In Lettings, Cass Camolas was responsive and clear in talking through my options with me; Billy Goggin was proactive in keeping me updated; Abdul Haddad was in constant contact about developments and very reassuring when I was nervous, ever willing to explain again when I didn't fully understand. My calls to the office were always answered well and returned promptly. A very patient, responsive and effective team. I would absolutely recommend Dexters Acton and shall certainly use them again to re-let.

I've used Dexters in the past to let out a property and never had an issue. Good tenants, payments on time and no bother. When it came to selling recently, they were an obvious choice. They were not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. In a tough market they found a buyer and we have exchanged. Thanks to Julian and all the team at Acton!

As we all know, finding an appartement can be really difficult and stressful, especially in London, when you just arrived.
