Arun Basra was brilliant from the start, he was always on hand to answer and of my questions, and on the rare occasion where he wasn’t immediately available he always got back to me that day. Arun went out of his way to help us, and I learnt to really trust his opinion and valued the experience he brought as an estate agent to the house selling process. Arun made it his upmost priority to sell our house, it was only on the market for two weeks and he had a buyer! Amended once more - part 3! Been on a wild ride with the Dexters Acton team this last few weeks but they've come back out on top by calling me personally, taking accountability and resolving my difficulties. Long story short: had a fantastic experience at first with Lara, then a communication which put up red flags. Billy called me personally to talk through and ensured the matter was at hand. I'm pleased to say it was dealt with professionally and switly. Included previous reviews below for candor. **** Since then, they have felt it prudent to ignore my emails requesting written confirmation of a conversation had on the phone in which I was assured everything would be ok with an issue, for them now to respond at a later date as though this conversation never happened and saying I basically have to like it or lump it. Not looking forwards to 2 years in this kind of relationship. --- Initial review: Dexter's Acton helped me find a wonderful new flat, and were speedy, efficient and super helpful to make sure both me and the landlord were 100% happy with our agreement. They've been so friendly and professional, helped us in finding the right home, and supported us through the whole purchase process (which is especially noteworthy, considering that we were in the middle of a pandemic...). A special mention also to Kyanoosh Raessy, the mortgage advisor recommended by the agency. Worst property agencies in Acton in Dexter's. 1 the receptionist is very rude and professional. 2 the agents who manage the properties around the area are really bad. Be careful with their tenancies agreements. They try to tie people with a 2 year contract with no clauses to breach the contract only if you surrender and on to off that you have to pay the remaining months plus 10 per VAT. What a ripp off. When something need to be in the house they keep ping pong you just not avoid taking any responsibility. Rent price is overpriced and overinflated. The maintenance people who work for them are really expensive so if something is broken or damage good luck for you the bill defo won't be chip. I would not recommend Dexter's Acton because apart from the rip off, the contract and the poor service. The will clearly not look after the tenant's.

Julian doesn’t waste time. Even before I had officially instructed Dexters to act for my sale, he had booked a photographer and the website entry was ready to launch. A day after I had instructed Dexters’ Acton branch, he booked in 3 viewings. Danielle was always happy, friendly, courteous when taking viewers around and in less than a month I got an offer.
