The property was perfect. We put in our application and within a few days we were contacted saying the property was ours. From start to finish I can’t fault them in anyway whatsoever. GoogleRapidly losing faith! Having been a client of Dexters for around 15 years I’ve seen the quality go down substantially in the last year. After a disagreement with Jimmy D who was extremely arrogant and rude, I was told by his manager things would improve. Sadly calls aren’t returned and money outstanding has to be chased. So there is sparse evidence of this. While they have found me very good tenants over the years, personally I will now look forward to bringing the relationship to an end. Avoid if you’re looking to let a property. They can’t get the basics right.

GoogleAbsolute time-wasters. We're looking to buy a property and arranged two viewings with Dexters.
The first time they cancelled last minute as they'd forgotten to clear the viewing with the tenants. The second time we tried to view the same property, the agent didn't turn up. After two calls and 20 minutes of waiting, Dexters got back to us to tell us there was no viewing booked, despite my partner confirming the viewing on two separate phone calls.
Based on this ineptitude, I wouldn't trust Dexters when it comes to buying a property (or selling one, for that matter).

Update: this was the case until I signed the contract. I moved into the flat more than 2 months ago. Until this day, I don’t have access to postbox keys (which resulted in me missing important mail and incurring financial losses5), and the smoke detectors are faulty (one has a replacement date of 2012 printed on the side!). Plus other issues with the flat. I have been raising these issues with Dexters since I moved, but I have been ignored. Even worse, they have stopped returning my calls now! I have rented for many years, and never had any issues such as this. It might appear that this was a flashy service to entice renters, but once installed in the property, Dexters show little interest as managing agents.
