An extremely difficult agency to deal with. I lived in a property managed by these guys for over a year. The place was unclean initially and had constant issues with. I completely understand that this was also partly to do with the landlord however, any issues raised by myself took weeks or months to process if done at all. I have lived in rental properties all over the world and I have never complained about an agency, This tenancy created so many issues I had to complain. This being said, Sonia Zentile was a star and helped to process some things quickly where others wouldn't. She deserves a promotion!!

Finding a flat in London is not easy, and when you finally find it you never know who are you dealing with. Since the first viewing George has been more than helpful with everything we needed. We felt that we hadn’t have to worry about almost nothing so everything keeps very clear since the beginning and they are the ones who deal with our requirements and the paperwork. I would like to mention also David Swiatek who can’t be nicer than it is and took part of some of the process. We are really happy with how everything has been developed and we feel legally protected by the agency. Thank you George for all your work! You are a very good professional and a better person!

Amazing customer service! I went through Dexters West Kensington and worked closely with Tanja in the purchase of my 2 bedroom flat near West Kensington/Barons Court station. Having had a stressful house purchase previously with another Hammersmith agency, I appreciated her patience and prompt replies to my calls/texts/emails. The negotiation process was also very smooth thanks to Tanja and Alex.They were also not pushy and understood when I needed time during the purchase and helped accommodate my multiple surveys. I highly recommend them as go to agents who are honest about issues that will come up in the property (e.g. damp) and attentive throughout the process. This approach just saves time and decisions can be made quickly.

Simon in particular was excellent and got the flat let before it was even finished by the builders. Tenants are top quality and the entire office (especially Marcel) have always been very helpful even when I was just popping in for advice prior to instructing them. In the time they got it let the other two agents whom i also instructed were a nightmare. One lost the keys and the other never called me even once with feedback. I can confidently recommend Simon, Marcel and their team as a cut above the rest.

Chris at Dexters was wonderful to work with, he found a superb flat in no time at all. He oversaw the whole contract process and was very helpful and informative. Dexters in general are great to find a place with because their background checking is thorough aswell as the contract process. Our deposits are safely secured in a scheme and we just had no problems or quarrels. They're very professional and Chris was very friendly. I would use Dexters again and if I move out I'll be asking for Chris to find me a new pad!

we are french, living in Hongkong and we came only during 3 days in apri 2019 to visit apartments in london with the idea to choose one before leaving back. It was a big challenge but a great success thanks to Dexters and our contact Jean -Charles Alegri. He helped us to select only the apartments answering our criteria and could adjust even at last minute with some new visits because we had changed ideas or expressed it differently. Finally we found and chose one and made an offer within the 3 days. Jean- charles have been very pro active from this date until the completion recently; answering all my questions on time and making the link with the vendors when he could not answer directly. it was great service and relationship! in 2.5 months, all was done, signed and completed. I have been working with all agents for quite some time, Dexters in particular has been an important part of it. I have to admit, that the West Kensington team and Jean Charles in particular, brought a totally different vibe for me, helped me to relax, observe and look for what I wanted in utter peace! I have to thank Jean and the manager Tanja who also worked quite hard on my case. I see no reason why I would expand my property portfolio without their involvement. I have just completed on a flat in the West Ken area and Dexters were really great throughout the whole experience. I dealt with James from the beginning and he was super. He really listened to what I was looking for, which I will admit was very specific, and he didn't try to push me towards anything that didn't match that. He was really respectful of my requirements, and my budget! This led to him finding me my ideal flat! He continued to be really helpful during the whole process and, without a doubt, helped to speed up the process of getting to exchange and completion through gathering information, which was greatly appreciated. He dealt with my queries really quickly, and facilitated further visits, some at quite last minute, which really helped us be in the best position we could be when we completed. His assistance has been brilliant, including right through to helping with a complication on completion day (which was out of his control!), but he still helped solve it and that was greatly appreciated. I can only highly recommend James and the Dexters team!

I really recommend dexters West Kensington. I was hesitant because we were young first time buyers and other agents we had gone to hadn't taken us seriously. We had a great experience with Dexters. Everyone is very friendly. We tried ro avoid agencies but we really needed help for finding the right flat. As soon as we walked in Jose Sousa was the one jumping up from his chair greeting us and he immediately understood what we are looking for. He showed us 2 flats straight away and two the next day and before choosing between the last two . He asked if we want to see the second one from the day before. We already said no for that but as soon as we went back, we knew we want that one and now we already got the key for a beautiful two bedroom flat:) He knew what he was doing and what we want better than us.
