GoogleGreat professional service from Dexters and in particular verity who was always professional, courteous and polite. Slight complication from our side regarding the lease and from the buyer regarding their finance - but handled and managed by Dexters with grace and finesse. Verity is an absolute asset to the company and cannot recommend her highly enough. GoogleI have just exchanged on the sale of my flat which was handled by Dexters. Jean-Charles found a buyer at a good price and saw the sale through and when the sale started to slow, Avni took over and badgered everyone brilliantly and we exchanged in good time. Avni was a master at pulling everything together and chasing sleepy solicitors. Very pleased and can highly recommend Dexters, Jean-Charles and Avni.

Googlewe are french, living in Hongkong and we came only during 3 days in apri 2019 to visit apartments in london with the idea to choose one before leaving back. It was a big challenge but a great success thanks to Dexters and our contact Jean -Charles Alegri. He helped us to select only the apartments answering our criteria and could adjust even at last minute with some new visits because we had changed ideas or expressed it differently. Finally we found and chose one and made an offer within the 3 days. Jean- charles have been very pro active from this date until the completion recently; answering all my questions on time and making the link with the vendors when he could not answer directly. it was great service and relationship! in 2.5 months, all was done, signed and completed. Ravi was able to get to the apartment at the drop of a hat and was crucial In the end result of us securing this property. Ravi was super responsive and proactive when it came to contractors / referencing absolutely everything. Would definitely use him in the future if need be and pass business his way should friends/colleagues in the area need to find a property to let!

GoogleJean is a super helpful and very pleasant to work with. He helped a lot during my property searches and was responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciate and respect about him most is the professionalism - for example he is always on time for our viewings and also does what he promises to do as follow-ups. Not all the agents will show up on time for viewings and I've met some who don't remember the questions I need answered. I'll definitely recommend speaking to him if you're looking to buy or sell in the area!

GoogleAn extremely difficult agency to deal with. I lived in a property managed by these guys for over a year. The place was unclean initially and had constant issues with. I completely understand that this was also partly to do with the landlord however, any issues raised by myself took weeks or months to process if done at all. I have lived in rental properties all over the world and I have never complained about an agency, This tenancy created so many issues I had to complain. This being said, Sonia Zentile was a star and helped to process some things quickly where others wouldn't. She deserves a promotion!!
