Peter Moonsam and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. Peter was not one to just say yes and give you what you needed to hear to get you the best deal possible. When we reflected the price that made sense for the flat, him and his team found us a tenant within one business day! Highly recommended. We have been a Dexters loyal customer since 2018 and have bought 2 flats from them, tried to sell one of them, and also now with flat rentals. My experience with Dexters West Kensington has been mixed. The agents were very responsive and tried to work really hard with the landlord to try and make the process of renting somewhere as quick and smooth as possible, however there were many obstacles in the way. The main issue was that we ended up signing a contract with an invalid HMO license (it only allowed 4 sharers to live at the property rather than 5 despite being a 5 bed property). We only found this out after paying our deposit and signing the contract. I do think it’s strange that the agents weren’t aware of this issue at all until after the contract was signed. The keys for one of the tenants were withheld and they weren’t allowed to move in until later than everyone else despite paying a full amount of rent. Obviously this issue isn’t at the fault of the agents however it’s disappointing that they couldn’t find out about this issue before we signed and paid for everything. Other than that, the agents are really friendly and communicative. Jeriah Johnson was incredibly professional and attentive and was super lovely during our viewing and during our communications. Despite the obstacles that came with renting the property he maintained a good level of professionalism and transparency with everything that he was aware of. Dawid was also super helpful and tried his hardest to maintain good communication between us and the landlord. They both tried really hard to make sure we could move as soon as possible and I’m very grateful for that.

The team at Dexters West Kensington (Darien, Alex, and Avni) were very helpful as we searched for a new place to live. Darien listened to our requirements/desires and kept us in mind as they received properties. It was through this that we eventually offered on a property. After our offer was accepted, the team at Dexters helped push this forward, with regular calls to both sides to make sure everything was moving towards completion. Whenever a sticking point arose, they (especially Avni) worked between the two parties to find a resolution. While the process hasn’t completed yet for us, the team at Dexters has been helpful while navigating this complicated process.

Hi As many people know, finding a flat in Central London is no easy task. Many agencies claim that they have your best interest at heart, but tend to overlook the tenants demands and peer pressure then into making quick decisions. But that wasn’t the case when we reached out to Dexters. Particularly, their agent Viktoria. She was one of the nicest, diligent and mostly importantly patient agents that we have dealt with. She really took the time and put in a lot of efforts in order to secure our current place. I especially appreciated her sense of urgency. Have recently had my purchased exchanged and completed. The process was mostly handled by Avni. Avni is knowledgeable about the process, and she is very responsive and quick in replying to my questions that I had as a first-time buyer. We recently used the services of Dexters to let out our flat and would highly recommend their services. The team at Dexters, specifically Ashley, Jeriah, Agata and Dawid, supported us very well throughout the process. This included estimating the value of the property, marketing it in agency and online, guiding us with the required landlord checks, finding and validating possible tenants, generating the tenancy agreement pack, and managing the monthly rental income for us (they also offer a full management option). In our case, it took less than 2 weeks from appointing Dexters to getting a rental offer agreed. I would highly recommend the services of the Dexters West Kensington team.
