GoogleI would like to give a special thanks to Viktoria from Dexters West Kensington branch. She was absolutely amazing! we had a very difficult time looking for a property during the holiday season, so we decided to look in West Kensington. Within a week Viktoria was able to help us with our paperwork as well as give us tips for the whole process. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. Very happy with her hard work and can’t wait to move into the new flat.

GoogleZac was absolutely incredible. Knew his stuff about all the properties. Once I decided to put an offer in for a property he was so organised and responsive and guided me though the steps. He found me a fantastic lawyer and mortgage agent, and got the transaction completed in an unbelievable 3 weeks.

She kindly showed me the property mid week, and by Friday everything was sorted, contract signed, deposits paid, and all paperwork completed. Unbelievable efficiency and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!!

GoogleRecently leased a property in the West Kensington area and the Dexters team, especially Jeriah was absolutely fantastic helping us with any queries and problems we had and made sure we got over the line as soon as possible. Jeriah was always at the end of the phone for us and took us to viewings multiple times to ensure we were happy with the property. It was a really pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend the Dexters team to rent a property in the area!

Google5 stars for James Balitaan and Avni Patel who were extremely helpful with my first time buy. James is so enthusiastic and you can tell he is genuinely interested in trying to meet your needs and get you the best deal possible. Avni was superb when it came to dealing with the solicitor side of things. Regrettably we had chosen some god-awful warehouse solicitors who were dragging their feet but Avni handled it very professionally so as to not jeopardise the sale.

GoogleJames Balitaan and Avni Patel both worked really hard on my flat sale, which was really great after my experience with a certain online estate agent. James got my place sold in a couple of months and Avni worked really well with my solicitor to get contracts exchanged on time. My buyers had used some God-awful warehouse solicitors who were dragging their feet and not communicating, which was going to jeopardise the sale. Avni worked intensely hard with my solicitor to get them to exchange contracts on time. Brilliant work! I would definitely recommend Dexter's and James and Avni in particular.

GooglePart of Dexters business is to appoint a sales coordinator, in my case it was Avni Patel. Avni deserves 10 stars. She is extremely personable, quick to respond and move issues along, and she was also a huge support and very kind to me. Without Avni the sale may not have gone through. Unfortunately Dexters also recommended Taylor Rose MW Solicitors whom I cannot recommend at all. My solicitor was unhelpful, and patronising. To finish, Alex and his team at West Kensington were great from the beginning. Thank you.

Once the offer was through, Avni did a marvellous job of making sure everything proceeded as smoothly as possible with minimal fuss and stress. I do not like having my time wasted, and James and Avni were amazing at getting things through to the finish line within the very tight deadline we were working with.
