Dexters is a very slick property sales agency. My concern is the follow up after a sale is agreed. It's not good enough to market and agree a deal, salesmen have to be proactive and push the process to completion. Alex is very helpful and I can't speak highly enough of 'Avni' who when given my account was all over the process and very proactive. I would seriously suggest the company employ half a dozen Avni's to get the deals over the line and not let the buyer set the agenda.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely trash agency and service. (Our Letting agent was Jeriah Johnson) Useless, unprofessional apprentices for agents that are wasting everyone’s time. Enquired about a flat in West Ken - showed up to the viewing and Jeriah’s replacement agent was 10 minutes late on a Saturday. Entered the building and he took us in to a completely wrong apartment. When we asked to see the right one, he said he didn’t know which one it was (???). We had to climb 3 floors in 3 different buildings to try and find it - all whilst attempting to enter random apartments with his bag of keys (unlabeled and unmarked). Some of those flats were definitely occupied with existing residents and would have been intruded on had he accidentally opened their doors. WE NEVER FOUND OR VIEWED THE LISTED FLAT. Wasted 90 minutes on a weekend. No rent prices were stated and he did not know which flats were handled by Dexters, nor which ones were available, or which building the flat we wanted to view was in. We had to help him do his job by looking up which building we thought it was depending on the listing map view. It was an utterly embarrassing and pathetic experience start to end. Jeriah Johnson is the agent who called us on multiple occasions, saying the flat was ready to be viewed immediately. When we arrived at the address, he was never there and his agents had no clue of what was being shown. We were asked to view the same property twice due to the incompetence of the agency and their staff. The second viewing, Joseph was the agent who showed up in place of Jeriah because apparently he was too busy “negotiating” at the time of our scheduled appointment. He took us to two of the same WRONG flats we’d seen before, and told us that they’re “all pretty much the same” - when on the listing they are clearly much different. Don’t bother going through them because it’s just an office full of apprentices who are disguising their incompetence in suits and will reiterate the same scripted nonsense to you when questioned.
