Having been disappointed with other local estate agent's we asked Charlie at Dexters in Fulham to market the property and we have been delighted with the result. Liz and Charlie have been great, very efficient and helpful. They gave us feedback after each viewing of our flat. Liz took us through the exchange stage in spite of all the many difficulties arising all along the process. The thing that differentiated Dexters Fulham was teamwork. Whereas other estate agents try to differentiate themselves on years of experience in a corner of the market, Dexters worked as an energetic team, worked very hard a getting qualified buyers through the door, were very professional and always kept me up to date. I had the benefit of multiple agents bringing their clients to my property and as good a conveyancing process as can be - managed by Devin and Avni. Charlie Ince-Green recently sold my 2 bedroom garden flat in Fulham after a failed start with another agent. The other agent didn't even manage to generate a viewing. Charlie assured me he would have viewings within weeks and likely offers. He wasn't wrong! This was a particularly difficult conveyancing process due to an unco-operative and troublesome co-freeholder. It took 8 months to complete and Charlie was able to keeper the buyer reassured and committed. This was invaluable as it was touch and go with the buyer after such a long wait. I highly recommend Charlie based on my experience and will be using him for my next sale.

Shocking from beginning to end, dishonest, uncommunicative, and slippery. Multiple GDPR breaches (reported to ICO). Never go near them as a tenant or as a landlord. *edited to add, don't be fooled by the reply below, I was of course not referred to anyone regarding the issues, and when someone eventually contacted me the person managing the complaint was the person about whom the complaint was... Hardly unbiased. Unfortunately service continued to be criminally bad, until legal advice had to be sought. Once moved out, they attempted to withhold a large chunk of our deposit for reasons that were provably not our fault. Thankfully managed to get it back via the Deposit Protection Scheme but cannot emphasise enough how much you should avoid this company.

Very poor post-move out experience; it took months to get the deposit back as well as to clear other overdue money they owed. This was mostly due to delays and lack of cooperation on the landlord's side, but was enabled by the push-over nature of the letting agent. I suppose this is a good thing for landlords, but from a tenants perspective issues such as overdue deposit, damage repair, and boiler being out of order for weeks (which resulted in hundreds of pounds of compensation) were tended to very slowly and the only thing Dexters did was "send the landlord another email".

I decided to sell my flat in Sands End through Dexter's and it was the best decision I made! The entire Sales team at Dexters Fulham, Charlie, Liz, Oliver, Avni and Will were very tenacious and kept me updated and informed throughout the entire transaction. They managed to get an unbelievable price per square foot on my flat, by showing very well qualified applicants, achieving multiple offers and successful finding the ideal buyer for the flat within a number of weeks. While this transaction had its hurdles and complications throughout the conveyancing process, I've never dealt with a team that works so well together to push things along and get this transaction across the line to exchange. I highly recommend using Dexters Fulham!

Recently sold in sands end with Dexter’s. The most exceptional elements of the service, I’d note are. 1) Determination, both in acquiring the sale, but also once as a client, this was followed through on. 2) Attention to detail, (typical this is not my experience with real estate professionals) bringing and co-ordinating different people together, lawyers, other agents, and taking ownership 3) responsiveness, changes done instantly, emails answered sometimes as late as 11pm. 4) Critically a rapid sale, within 1 week, and a good level of volume of clients coming through property, that I think other London brokers would struggle to match. Would call out especially Oliver for all his hard work, and also Charlie. Many thanks to you both. Highly recommend, if looking to sell in Fulham or Sandsend.
