I decided to sell my flat in Sands End through Dexter's and it was the best decision I made! The entire Sales team at Dexters Fulham, Charlie, Liz, Oliver, Avni and Will were very tenacious and kept me updated and informed throughout the entire transaction. They managed to get an unbelievable price per square foot on my flat, by showing very well qualified applicants, achieving multiple offers and successful finding the ideal buyer for the flat within a number of weeks. While this transaction had its hurdles and complications throughout the conveyancing process, I've never dealt with a team that works so well together to push things along and get this transaction across the line to exchange. I highly recommend using Dexters Fulham!

Recently sold in sands end with Dexter’s. The most exceptional elements of the service, I’d note are. 1) Determination, both in acquiring the sale, but also once as a client, this was followed through on. 2) Attention to detail, (typical this is not my experience with real estate professionals) bringing and co-ordinating different people together, lawyers, other agents, and taking ownership 3) responsiveness, changes done instantly, emails answered sometimes as late as 11pm. 4) Critically a rapid sale, within 1 week, and a good level of volume of clients coming through property, that I think other London brokers would struggle to match. Would call out especially Oliver for all his hard work, and also Charlie. Many thanks to you both. Highly recommend, if looking to sell in Fulham or Sandsend.

Excellent service all round - Dexters sold my house in Prothero Rd SW6 quickly and efficiently in a difficult "Covid" market. It went on the Market in June and we completed the sale in October. Our experience within this agency has been greatly negative from the very beginning. There was some miscommunication problems concerning a video on a flat that apparently in the end they had, which would have saved me the trip as I was abroad. Upon the visit, the agent knew very little about the flat in itself, and tried to squeeze my money and the tenancy term as much as possible and in a naive fashion. Additionally, she wasn't dressed appropriately for the job (mini skirt, fake lashes, cheap headband that's 7cm thick etc). Style is subjective, but looking unprofessional isn't. The communication was very bad, and my initial agent ended up by avoiding me altogether. Of course, they ended up not replying to me ever again when the holding deposit was paid. We had a family issue in the end, and would have appreciated a professional call to clear our understandings, but none of that was given even though I have asked for it. In total, the staff was aggressive, non understanding unprofessional and money hungry. I regret dealing with them and my experience as a client is extremely sour. None of my experience within other agencies was as bad. Will try my best to never deal with them ever again.

So called leading estate agents that charge a higher commission have lost their touch, their drive and don’t even come close. I dealt with Charlie I-G at the Fulham branch who always managed to raise a smile out of me during a difficult sale and the many stressful situations that we all know can arise during the process. I've been using Dexters for the last few years now to let our my flat in Parsons Green and I've found them very professional, friendly and good at what they do. Charlie and his team were amazing for us. We had three agencies come and look at our house, but we chose Charlie and Dexters for his honesty and ‘non salesy’ style. He didn’t over promise and gave us a clear plan and projection of how and when he would sell our house, and he delivered!
