I don’t usually write reviews, but Eden Lindeidge absolutely deserves one. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, professional, responsive, and genuinely proactive throughout the entire process. Lauren was incredibly supportive in helping my flatmate and me find a flat in Fulham. She organised viewings at very short notice, sourced properties that hadn’t yet come onto the market, and offered professional advice throughout the process. Her efficiency made everything run smoothly, which was especially appreciated as finding a flat has been particularly challenging this year. We worked with Dexters, and unfortunately, it was the worst rental experience we have ever had. First, we were pressured into signing a two-year contract instead of the one-year agreement we originally wanted ( and after even landlord didn't know about it) . Secondly, we were promised that the property would be furnished, including the TV and blinds remaining in the property, but none of these promises were fulfilled. The previous tenants moved out at around 10:00 AM, and we moved in later that same evening. Despite this, no professional cleaning had been carried out before our arrival. The property was not in the condition we expected. Communication throughout the tenancy was also very poor. Different employees seemed unaware of what was happening between the landlord and ourselves, particularly during the move-out process. There appeared to be a lack of coordination and communication within the team. Overall, the level of service provided was far below expectations. My partner and I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish, and by the end of the tenancy, we were extremely dissatisfied with the way everything had been handled.
