Had an amazing experience getting a rental property with Maddie and Kiarna. Both have been extremely helpful and supportive with the process. We have had viewings with other agencies, that have not been nearly as easy to communicate with or set up viewing. So happy we ended letting our flat with them, a seamless experience, could not recommend more to people trying to rent in London!!!!

My partner and I had the best experience buying a property with Dexters Fulham. The whole team were professional and informative, but in particular, Hamish was an absolute gem to work with. He made sure we were aware of all new properties on the market and gave us advice on different areas to look at. He was proactive and efficient and the whole process from viewing our home to buying took just over two months! We will definitely be using Dexters Fulham for any future selling/buying and will recommend to our friends and family too.

I have been working with Ria from the Dexter’s Fulham office over a period of months to try and find a new flat for my wife and myself. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Ria. She has been a pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive and proactive in finding me suitable flat and really takes into consideration the requirements that my wife and I have. Letting at its Best Working with Rico Leslie and the team at Dexters was seamless when I wanted to rent out my flat. I invited two other estate agents to market my flat to guarantee strong competition. Rico was wholly unconcerned and boldly said his team welcomed fair competition. Rico has been proactive and driven as an agent since our first encounter. We talked about his calculated marketing strategy for my property, and Dexters obviously could attract a lot of attention. Rico set up for the team at Dexters to personally visit the property to become acquainted with its features to potential tenants; his thoroughness was clear-cut. Rico and Dexters have great local expertise and integrity. Rather than stating what they believe you should hear as a landlord, they support their market appraisals with data. Their results-oriented attitude gave me faith in their deliverability. I strongly suggest Rico Leslie and his associates to anyone seeking a dependable, informed, results-oriented estate agent.

We came to Dexters with a very tricky / specialist scenario ongoing at our property. Another agent hadn't managed to navigate it, or convince the market it wasn't an issue (which it wasn't), and we were in desperate need of an agent who was capable enough (and, frankly, could be bothered) to deal with the necessary explanations and constant buyer-liaison. Very glad to report they succeeded on all fronts - and we were particularly impressed by the whole team (all of whom were brought-in to meet us at the property - despite is being a small deal in the context of some of their other sales). Ollie in particular was excellent - very calm and pragmatic, while showing tactical nouse and commercial awareness at the right moments - and Georgia, of course, a very assuring presence throughout and an excellent team leader. Many thanks from us all - we would whole-heartedly recommend you to everyone - and this coming from someone who works at one of your competitors!

We recently purchased a property through dexters, Hammish and Oliver were very good and helpful through the whole process of purchasing and especially by the end they helped to push things with the seller (as they were very slow) so we could finalise and move in near the dates that we needed 🙏🏻 and a especial thank you for Dan as on the moving day we were faced with some stress due to sellers not being organised with his tenants and Dan helped us and was very kind to me especially in a moment of panic and distress. I recently was in contact with Ria during my search for an apartment to rent. She was available and proactive, regularly calling me with new listings that might interest me. Although I ultimately rented through another agency, my experience with her was very positive. Ria was always willing to show properties, even conducting virtual tours when needed. One area of improvement would be the pressure to fill all the papers for an offer so quickly, on the same day, for an offer presented only three days later. However Ria provided excellent follow-up and service. Thank you !
