GoogleMy experience with this office is not good. No feedback on views for property being sold - had to ask for weekly update at least; had to remind several times to provide the updates during the process. No reliable support during offer process as seemed to be rather on the buyer side, downgrading the price. Doesn't feel they care until process is complete, once they identify potential buyer. Once they know they will get the fee they lose interest in you. Very disappointing approach

Getting the house on the market was quick and super professional, they gave me regular updates throughout, and they kept up frequent viewings until we sold the flat (pretty quickly!). The team themselves were all lovely, supportive and always made it feel like our sale was a priority, whoever in the team I was dealing with, and they did a great job of keeping the chain updated through all the ins and outs of the sale process! We went on the market at a tough time but the agents really persevered and ensured we had a great number of viewings from the very beginning. We found that they were a lot more realistic about how to price our flat than other agents we spoke to and this helped to get viewers and offers in. GoogleAfter reaching out to nearly all the estate agents in the area, it was a breath of fresh air meeting George, Gabriel and Rory! Most agents didn’t really listen to what we were looking for in our next purchase, some were quite rude, others forgetful etc. After seeing over 30 properties in the area, I was fairly over it by the time I met the team at Dexters. However they listened to our needs and the first place they showed us (which I hadn’t requested to view) is now our future home! Throughout the process they have been on the ball, proactive, helpful and upbeat which has made it a really smooth and fairly stress-free experience. Very important when heavily pregnant!
