GoogleGoing through the hassle of trying to sell and buy a house, Dexters was of great help both with the valuation of our house and helping find us our next move. Gabriel in particular was outstanding. From the get go he was helpful, proactive in helping us with our search, very professional and knowledgeable (he will be able to give you the history of each house you visit and answer any and all questions you have which isn’t always the case) and he was a delight to deal with. We were in touch with a few agencies in the area during our search and can honestly say no one compared to Gabriel. I would absolutely recommend. ( i’d also recommend having Jack around for a valuation if you’re thinking of selling!)

GoogleGiven my search covered the whole of London’s Zone 2, I dealt with my fair share of agents. Gabriel Cunningham (Clapham Sales) at Dexters was by far the best for me and ended up finding my new property before it was listed on Rightmove/ Zoopla etc. He immediately got what I was looking for in my property search, built a close relationship with me and was extremely proactive. Unlike other agents, he refined the selection based on my feedback and did not send me modern flats when I only wanted period houses - yes most of them do! Definitely recommend him and the team for your property purchase.

GoogleWhat a scam.
The tenants receive poor and inadequate service with rude and unhelpful staff.
They do not comply with the Landlord's Regulations (LTA1954) and steer clear from performing their managing duty.
The services and maintenance provided are low standards and unprofessional, however, they become very efficient and effective in chasing money while the substantial internal works have not been carried out.
