GoogleHaving stated the area we wanted to focus in on, Matt took a detailed understanding of our requirements and what we were seeking to show us a place we fell in love with. No more of the cannon fodder that you usually get sent through by some agents, so this was refreshing to start seeing quality places that fitted our requests! It was also great to see Matt be proactive about the property and showed up with full brochures and knew the property floor to bottom. Throughout the process, Matt guided the negotiations between us and the sellers to meet an agreed price. From this point there was a little but of a transition period where we were then looked after by Tal and Gary as we got the legals completed. These stressful calls as deadlines approached were met with a response to chase other parties and to give us positive updates. I can only say that during this period, all conversations were above and beyond what we expected, even with the pressure of the June stamp duty time frame to go against. I would say that I was exceptionally looked after by these guys during their busiest period and even swung by to give them a few bottles to say thank you and to celebrate our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Garry Dibley assisted us with the sale and was absolutely amazing in helping us and did everything he could to help us to (successfully!) beat the stamp duty deadline.
