GoogleI don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. I recently dealt with Jordan and Gabriel who were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Having worked with other agents before, I was pleasantly surprised about how much better the experience can be. I just wished we'd used them in the first instance! Highly recommended, we would definitely use again.

GoogleI find dealing with estate agents quite a chore in general but Dexters have been the best I have dealt with so far in London. The 4 stars is for the agency itself. Paula Baptista has been my property manager who I would give 5 stars. She has always been kind, helpful, and understanding and always returns your calls when promised.

GoogleSharon Ballard has been amazing in managing the property - very grateful to her for all her hard work. Five stars to Sharon! The letting agents however are less that impressive, Prudence was pretty incompetent (just made up the inventory, so we were rather surprised when we turned up at the flat on day one) and at times rather aggressive.

GoogleDexters asked us to write a review for them before we had even signed a lease. Here’s the review they were so eager to obtain. I have never worked with a more unprofessional, uncommunicative, and unhelpful company. They were a pain to deal with at every step of the way. They changed the landlord on us 3 times during the process - during the tour, they advertised that they managed the property just to have the lease name a random person and then change it again the following day. If you ask any questions, they will react with disgust and contempt, as if your questions are inconveniencing them. They will constantly cold call you, but good luck reaching them over the phone or getting a response to your email. I’m convinced they operate over the phone so that nothing is in writing and you always feel caught off guard. They will constantly change the goal posts on you, requesting additional information at every step of the way. Their requests are often contradicting to their previous emails and requests. The landlord ended up backing out of the lease to give the unit to her niece. We thank the universe every day that it fell through. Every day I question why I almost signed with this company. I would avoid dexter’s at all costs unless you want to feel the need to put your head through the wall throughout your entire search process . All the 5 star reviews must be paid actors or friends/family of the company.
