Our rep Paula Kadaj has been genuinely interested in our comfort and living standards as tenants, super responsive, always fair and very caring overall. And always sweet and polite. I may say she defeats all the Estate Agent stereotypes by far.

As we were first time renters in the UK we appreciated all the help and explanations when it came to the extensive amount of paperwork needed. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely consider using them again.
