Great agency to deal with, especially Fergus, the agent who helped us with the viewings was always very helpful, very approciable and always available when we needed him. He has done a great job guiding us through the viewings and the process of starting a mortgage also putting us in contact with one of the company brokers to answer all our questions. We went through multiple estate agents before coming to Dexter’s by a reccomendation from a friend. The staff at the Putney branch were very open and transparent (Thanks Harry) from the start and this was immediately pleasing to us as we did not get this transparency from some other agents we used previously. There was no time wasting on viewings where the buyers would not be able to proceed and Only serious buyers were put forward by Dexter’s. Within a few weeks we had some serious interest that resulted in a sale of our property. We were kept updated regularly throughout the sale process (thank you Dominic and Charlie) and any queries were passed on quickly and therefore the process was smooth. The whole team were highly professional, friendly and honest - pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Well done Mr. Jeff Doble, you have come a very long way since the old days as Regional Managing Director at GA Property Services 142-146 Tolworth Broadway back in 1990 and when you were living above our flat further along the Broadway before you opened your first Dexters office in 1993. Pat Craig, Claire Mansfield, Christine Ede and all the other girls you had worked with would be very proud of you and your achievements and I'm sure all the old partners at Bancroft Groves, where you started working at back in 1984 would be so pleased for you too. There was always something very special about you, do you remember the fast Renault Turbo Sports Car you had as a company car. Remember Jim Boxall and Rob North from GA Head office, I often wonder what they are upto now. They were the good old days, things were so much easier back then showing my age now I'm afraid we are all getting older but wishing you good health & much happiness for the future.

The idea of finding a property in London without actually living there was daunting, but as soon as we engaged in conversations with Prudence my wife and I were much more confident that it could be done. Having recently moved to London we were under huge time constraints to find a place to live. We saw probably around 15 apartments with other agents - none checked the boxes on our list. We met Prudence, and found our flat that afternoon. Being first time renters in London we were unfamiliar with the processes, Prudence was so patient and so kind to us. She spoke us through most of our contract, and always phoned to make sure we knew where we were at throughout the whole process. Prue even helped negotiate an earlier move in date to help us out.
