GoogleVery satisfied with the service Dexters provided. They were one of the first letting agents to reach out during my search for a property, and offered continued support throughout the process. We viewed several properties (thanks to Archie for guiding us round and answering all of our immediate questions), and subsequently Dexters was very helpful and responsive once we had decided we wanted to make an offer. Particular thanks to Levi for staying in contact with us from day-1 of our search. Our only small issues arose dealing with third parties, such as LettingsHub and the default service providers, however this was not a reflection of Dexters, just a necessity as part of the rental process. GoogleWithin 1 hour showing interest in some of their property, I had a lovely phonecall with Fergus and he had booked viewings of properties I had shown interest into. He organised all the viewings to be back to back the next day. On the viewings he had a wealth of knowledge of all the properties, he was well presented and friendly. All though in the end none of them were my cup of tea, since then he has been in daily contact with new properties. It's nice to not be end of a sales pitch when looking for new property as for the most part it gives estate agents a bad name when coming to buy property. I'm glad Fergus and the team at Dexter's believe the buyer is as important as the seller. Although I haven't found the right property yet, I don't doubt Fergus will come up trump's.

GoogleI reached out to Dexters as my property hadn't been receiving much interest for a while. In the space of a few weeks, Harry and the team turned all of that around. They sent a team to check the place out right away, walked me through their plan, and shortly after I was weighing up multiple offers. They were also always on hand to answer questions and talk me through the process. I wouldn't use anyone else after this experience.

Despite our reservations on the property on paper, our agent Charlie, suggested we should view it anyway.... We immediately fell in love we our dream home! Charlie went above and beyond, exceeding already high expectations.Throughout the entire process he has been extremely dedicated, reliable and competent. GoogleWe've moved into a property in Putney that is managed by Dexters. A number of repairs were required to the property that were left from the previous tenants, and Sharon Ballard was quick to provide support in getting repairmen out to deal with it. She has been responsive and pro-active, and very pleasant to converse with. As a whole, the property is in good condition and the move in process has been painless. My only negative is that the deposit and first month's rent was required a whole 2 months before the tenancy started, which I cannot say I've come across before with other agencies. But they didn't charge us for agency fees, even though that hadn't legally come into affect yet.
