I first bought and then sold my house in Highbury through David Andrew and I was thoroughly impressed with them on both occasions. This bit of North London is a 'niche' and the team have a really good knowledge of the local area. Gemma and John were superb, communicative and very responsive. I mainly interacted with Sam through the process of buying a flat, with Gemma covering when Sam was on leave. Both were very responsive, professional and a pleasure to interact with. They were available when needed and checked in regularly on the process of the sale. Fraser and Kasim were very helpful throughout our rental process. This was our first time renting in London and, to be honest, we didn't know what to expect. Although we had problems with the first property we wanted to rent (because of the landlord), they were quick to find another flat that suited our needs and budget, and in no time we were moving in! I would thoroughly recommend using David Andrew Estate Agents, Highbury, for the sale of your property. We dealt with Ella who was ever the professional and kept us informed all along the process which is probably the most important thing. The sale went through smoothly (thank god) and they also managed to get a lot of interested parties through the door to view our place.

We recently completed a year's tenancy renting a flat from David Andrew and during this time we had communication issues with the office as a whole. However, we wanted to leave a positive review of Giuseppe Sammarco in particular, the property consultant who arranged viewings for prospective tenants after us, as he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, during the end of the tenancy, we were not receiving replies from the office as to the status of our check out and deposit return. Giuseppe then guided us through the process, providing information and regular updates that were hugely useful, and we would like to highlight our appreciation of his warm, professional manner.

We rented our new flat with help and support of Maxime from David Andrew and all the process was smooth and easy. Everything started over two years ago when me, my partner and our friend where looking for a decent 2 bed flat in London when found one we all liked and setted a date for a viewing; the flat is perfect For us except one thing: on the add says clearly “TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS”, but once we see the flat, the second room has only a SINGLE bed with an extramattess underneith.
