We rented with David Andrew for 4 years and being very good tenants. (Rent always paid in advance and never damaged anything). The agency is extremely disorganised and unreliable when it comes to any repairs or following up to the smallest requests. They treat their tenants with a snobby and passive aggressive attitude trying to downgrade you so when you get fed up about their negligence they will call you rude. All properties managers we came across those years were one more inconsiderate and incompetent than the other. From Kevin to Jess Innes the whole experience was a disaster. They will lie to you and they will not get any job done from amending a contract to carry on a repair that they have agreed to. At beginning of the tenancy they left us for 6 weeks without a clean finished built in wardrobe, a leaking tap for 6 months, a broken light switcher for 3 months. Not to mention the mould growing inside skirting boards and walls due to the poor finish of the property. The check out process was painful. The unprofessionalism and zero duty or care towards us tenants has been beyond any bad expectations. Internally they have zero handover and we had to spend 2 months going back and forth showing them all proofs of previous emails with several property managers because they will not even update their files and once again they will lie or ignore your emails and calls. In the end they will also backing up the landlord unreasonable and undocumented requests and to take your deposit just because they don't care and they have zero ethics. Don't rent with them if you want to avoid headache, arguments and loss of money. Worst rental experience in 10 years in London!

I have let two properties through David Andrew over the last 30 years and have been very impressed with the high quality of the service that they offer to both landlords and tenants, striking a perfect fair balance between the needs of both parties.
