GoogleReally fantastic estate agents. Julia was professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Compared to many other agents we viewed with, she kept us up to date throughout the whole process and went out of her way to accommodate our requirements. Highly recommend.

GoogleIf I could give negative stars I would. This company basically made my partner homeless with days notice and tried to charge when they didn’t even do an inventory themselves. Horrendous people - just want to make as much money as they can and don’t care about their tenants they serve. These guys tried to up the rent by a ridiculous amount and actually realised they couldn’t - because the place was already disgusting that they rented. Very ironic they had to reduce the price to get tenants in to replace the ones they made homeless. The worst people on the planet - these guys will make your life hell. STAY AWAY!!!!!

GoogleThe only estate agent we've dealt with which has come across very genuine and helpful. Alfie was a pleasure to deal with during the process of renting our 3 bed, he kept us up to date at all times and relayed everything we asked to the landlord incredibly quickly. Thanks a lot Alf!

GoogleOverall positive experience, especially compared to other agencies during the (maybe still ongoing) rush for properties in october - november. Would recommend starting very early though, because it seems they are a bit overwhelmed with the amount of tenants and the reference checks took a bit long, which could be stressful if you have to book specific dates for moving your things. Props to Kiri Partel for doing her best to accompagny us through this process! Would recommend.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleDavid Andrew have managed my 1 bedroom flat in N4 since I purchased it in 2014. There rental and mangement service is excellent and communication is always very personal and efficient. They have always successfully found new tenants very quickly and are very dilligent in the entire process of finding tenants and getting them moved in. In particular their responsiveness and action when things require attention is exemplary. As an overseas landlord this is an essential requirement for me in selecting a property agent. Highly recommended !
