GoogleDavid Andrew handled the sale of my property and were helpful and proactive throughout. From valuation onwards I felt I was in good hands. They quickly secured a number of offers, and once the sale was agreed, Mark and Jana remained in regular contact to support and help keep the cogs turning during the ongoing conveyancing process. I’ve had many points of contact through those years but our current POC is Kate who I have found to be such a breath of fresh air. She’s communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any issues. She makes us feel like she cares and doesn’t make it feel transactional.

We dealt mostly with Mark and Jana who were professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout. We completed within 4 months of our offer being accepted. GooglePhil and his colleagues at David Andrew dealt with the sale of our flat faultlessly. It was a long and bumpy process and they were efficient, honest and friendly all the way. They were patient when they had to and proactive when the situation needed it. They kept us informed truthfully and treated us with respect. I highly recommend their services. To add to the efficiency of their services, they have been a great support to our school for a few years, helping us fund essential projects. They donated part of their fee from our sale straight back to the school!

GoogleThe staff at David Andrew in Stroud Green have provided us with an excellent service over the last 4 years. Our latest property manager, Anusha Gokool, has treated our rental property with the same attention to detail as we would as the owners. Her communication skills are excellent, she is very efficient and has really spent time and energy trying to identify and address not just superficial issues, but the issues underlying any problems. It seems the tenants are equally happy with response time and communication. Teamed with her senior managers we have been very happy with the service so far.

GoogleExcellent team, super helpful and responsive, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend David Andrew if you feel the whole hunting for a flat journey is troublesome and tiring just like I did. Alfie and the whole team made things easy and straight forward, they have given me all the details and suggestions without me asking first, and they walked me through step by step from looking for the right apartment to setting up utility bills. Reasonable fees for high quality services, totally worth it.

GoogleHad an appointment to view a flat with Alfie but he didn't show up. We arrived on time and waited about 15 minutes after which we called to see if he's still coming. Not only was he rude to my friend on the phone, but he lied about being there 'five minutes earlier' waiting for us, which was obviously a lie as we had been waiting for more than 15 minutes for him at that point. Awful impression, will not be using or recommending this agency in the future.

GoogleWarning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD -- DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give zero stars I would. David Brett (MD) is rude, condescending and inherently inept in running a business and hiring employees that actually know what they are doing. It seems that no one is organised in the entire firm except for the new person in property management (Chelsea). Nothing but problems since the day we moved into our flat. All windows painted & locked shut when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to have someone open them during a massive heatwave last year. We have had black mould and damp for the past 9 months, 4 massive leaks in the kitchen from the poor installation of the kitchen extension. They book someone to come out to fix a problem and the scheduled David Andrew employee just doesn't turn up and have to chase them down with multiple emails/phone calls to have anything done. Warning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD is riddled with damp, leaks, black mould and the if you like sleeping past 6am, good luck as the upstairs neighbours are really loud and don't care about the tenants below them.

GoogleI personally find the staff at David Andrew Stroud green lettings to be helpful and polite , Alfie in particular showed myself and my partner a couple of flats and we ended up taking the first flat he recommended ! I placed an offer then quickly heard back Philip the lettings manager who managed to agree on more or less our initial terms which was refreshing. Thanks to all the team all in all a pleasant experience!

Their advice on preparing the house, and understanding of the local market was excellent, and the sales process was handled really efficiently.
