GooglePHILIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, NOT ONLY FINDING ME THE PERFECT RENTAL PROPERTY, BUT HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT I WAS RIGHT FOR THE HOUSE OWNERS TOO - SO FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND PHIL AT DAVID ANDREW, STROUD GREEN. IN FACT EVERYONE I SPOKE TO THERE WAS HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL, AS WELL AS BEING FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING.

GoogleOver a period of three years Philip has overseen the letting process for me as a landlord. During that time finding tenants, referencing, credit checking etc has been smooth, organised and supremely efficient. In addition any maintenance work needed at the properties has been arranged swiftly. The service Philip offers for landlords is outstanding and i would not hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleWe had a good experience finding a place with David Andrew. We only viewed the one property, deciding immediately to rent it, but Anna who showed it to us was very friendly and helpful. They were good with the move-in arrangements and so far have been responsive to the couple of maintenance requests we made. All good so far.

GoogleExcellent service from the entire team. The viewings were organised efficiently, the communication was very good throughout the whole process and, most importantly, they found excellent tenants in a very short space of time!! As a bonus, their fees are very competitive compared to many other agents. Not sure the process could have been any better.
