GoogleThey don't care about the tenants. Only work in the interest of the landlord. Scammed us out of our deposit by hiring a inventory company who specifically waited until we'd moved out to complete the inventory & claimed we needed a 'full clean' even though we had the house professionally cleaned. There's only a >10% chance of DPS voting on your favour of you dispute. They're absolutely creaming off of so many people who can't afford to wait the time to dispute the money so just give up. £100's out of pockets of the average person. It's disgraceful!

Inventories are conducted by an independent third party and where there is a dispute our staff will attempt the negotiate a settlement that is fair for both landlord and tenant. If agreement cannot be reached the dispute may be passed on to the deposit dispute resolution service where an adjudicator will review and issue final verdict. GoogleDespite a challenging house sale, these guys managed to stay positive and upbeat. What really stood out for me was the way they managed everything in a really diplomatic and professional way.
This was the sale of my late mother's house and despite me living 120 miles away, they were able to help me greatly with a lot of the practical tasks in order to get the house ready and this was a HUGE weight off my mind.
They were also very good at explaining the process to me who had never sold a property before.
I would use them again and know that I made the right choice when assessing which estate agent I should use. (I interviewed four and David Andrew clearly stood out)

FacebookEverything started over two years ago when me, my partner and our friend where looking for a decent 2 bed flat in London when found one we all liked and setted a date for a viewing; the flat is perfect For us except one thing: on the add says clearly “TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS”, but once we see the flat, the second room has only a SINGLE bed with an extramattess underneith. Right, the landlady says these exact words “oh no there will be a DOUBLE bed ready for you when you move in!”...
