GoogleThe lettings manager Philip Chuku is a pleasure to deal with as an estate agent - he is very professional, straight-forward and friendly. He was very communicative throughout the viewing period, which did not last long, since he found me good tenants within 10 days of listing - and this was over the Christmas period. I\'m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Philip as an agent to any Landlord.

GoogleWe recently used David Andrew to sell our flat in N4 and couldn't have been happier with the service we got. Mark and Jana were extremely helpful from start to finish. We were initially tempted to go with a bigger agent with citywide coverage but after speaking to Mark it was clear that David Andrew really knew the local area. We were really pleased with them throughout - the listing was great, the strategy they suggested worked really well (in a very uncertain market!), and ultimately they got us a number of offers and found us a wonderful buyer! Most importantly they saw the sale through. Jana was tenacious in chasing the buyer's terrible solicitor and calm and reassuring when we were getting worried it was all taking too long. If you want to sell around Stroud Green/ N4 then look no further!

As a first time landlord I really appreciate the time and effort that the area manager spent going through the process and answering my many questions. The whole team are very approachable responsive and friendly. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and transparency and feel in safe hands! GoogleDavid Andrew and Mark Campbell are the best! We had a house; started sale in January 2022; all sorts of difficulties and snags along the way - buyers dropping out; buyers coming back with low offers; throughout it all, Mark was unflappable; he took charge of everything; he did everything, including taking charge of all negotiations, dealing with buyers, dealing with buyers' agents, clearing house - we completed sale in December 2022, and none of it would have been done without him. If you're selling a house in North London - give David Andrew and Mark a call.

GoogleOverall the agency is ok, had few issues that took ages to get sort out and not always responsive. However, this until I started to deal with Kate, if I always had to do business with her it would have been a 5 stars. Super caring, efficient, helpful in no time! Took 1 email and a phone call to agree on a renewal and no time to have reply. I hope I will always have to communicate with her. Thanks Kate! You’re a legend!

GoogleI first bought a property through David Andrew in 2011. We then moved overseas and they then let and managed the property for us and eventually sold the property for us in 2021. They did such a good job that I had no hesitation in letting another property through then once it became available after a long-term lease. Jess and the team are super professional, courteous, comprehensive and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI've used David Andrew for years now and I rate them very highly indeed. Most recently Haiden was fantastic in managing a tricky negotiation with potential tenants. She did a great job, keeping things on track and bringing about an outcome with which all parties are extremely happy. Behind the scenes, Theo and Kate are brilliant dealing with a range of queries and issues that arise over time. I've also had good experiences with Phil and Mark over the years. Great service, deep knowledge, friendly faces. Recommended!

Kirti was really responsive to all of our inquiries and made sure that we meet all the requirements for the letting process. She followed up quickly with the landlord regarding our requests and was always providing quick feedback. GoogleI've just had an extremely disappointing experience with David Andrew, an agency which literally cancelled my move (after I had already paid in advance more than 3 months worth of rent) on the actual date I was supposed to move, after all preparations had been arranged. As ludicrous as it sounds, this is what happened. I can only speak for the extremely poor service I received and I need to specify upfront I initially dealt with Anna Krol, who was very professional, showed me the flat, negotiated a lower rent for me and initiated proceedings. Then Anna went away for 3 days a woman called Noura Mantawy took over - this is when things began to go wrong on all levels. Last Friday, 4 days prior to my supposed move, Noura worked on my contract and assured me twice in writing I will receive it by the end of the day, to sign it. I did receive the contract on Friday evening, I read it, signed it and I also paid, as agreed, the deposit plus 2 month rent, amounting to over 2,500 pounds. Three days had passed with literally no communication (this is another poor aspect of this agency, as I constantly had to chase them for every single piece of information), during which I was certain everything was on track and therefore I proceeded with several arrangements to set up my move. Yesterday morning though, only 24 hours before my supposed move, Noura contacted me to tell me David Andrew actually hasn't obtained clearance on one of my references, hence the move might be postponed or cancelled altogether. When confronted as to why she did send me the contract 3 days before then (and moreover, why she hadn't informed me not all clearance had been obtained), Noura did not have the courtesy to acknowledge her wrong doing, yet she kept on justifying it using explanations that were insulting my intelligence. She also kept on insisting both my sister (with whom I have been sharing a flat so far) and I will reveal lots of personal information and private details regarding our income. From this point onwards things went totally downhill and David Andrew ignored my complaint and my request to be contacted by a manager. This morning, literally on the day I was supposed to move, the same Noura contacted me to tell me the deal has been cancelled. Not even an apology, not even an "We are sorry for the inconvenience". Absolutely abysmal service. I was left with money lost on all arrangements made, a lot of stress caused by the continuous insulting and absurde demands from the agency, and more than 10 days lost in my pursuit to find a flat. I like to be objective and fair, therefore I cannot tell you to avoid this agency, nevertheless by all means I advise you to avoid having to deal with Noura Mantawy.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhen we worked with this letting agent to find a flat for rent in fall 2021, the floor plan provided was incorrect and in fact after inspection proved that the rooms offered in an HMO were not large enough to meet government / council standards. Additionally, the houses we were shown were extremely expensive even for the market, and lacked normal safety features (stair banister, fire alarm, fire blanket). When I asked for certain documents they said they did not think they had them and were unsure if they could pass them along - despite being required to be publicly listed. I'd say the agents here were extremely pushy about getting us to sign a lease and offer above the asking price, and additionally when we did move in (due to the high competition for housing and need to find a place quickly) they were then unresponsive to safety concerns. Overall poor attitude towards tenants, not responsive and pushing unfit properties for well above market price. I wouldnt trust their valuation techniques on a property I was selling nor would I trust them to find me a property to let.

The Landlord has the appropriate regulated HMO Licence in place. The landlord is managing the tenancy directly and is complying with any repair requests as they are raised. Finally, with your contract term expiring your landlord was able to request a rent review in line with market valuation, I appreciate this did not meet with your approval and you are therefore moving out. GoogleI've had a great experience letting my flat with David Andrew. They were the first agents to reply after I sent out an enquiry to several in the Stroud Green area requesting a visit to the flat for a valuation, and by far the most courteous and efficient. Kasim Genc, the Area Manager, was incredibly helpful, explaining in detail the different options for a managed letting and all the documents I needed to obtain. He always replied quickly when I had further questions. The others in the team were equally efficient in dealing with the practical aspects of the letting, including Carina Behrens in Property Management and Daria Bendkowska in Accounts. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe sold our flat through David Andrew in Stroud Green, and we were really happy with the service and the team (especially Mark and Shabana). The current market is challenging, and the team were always on hand to offer good advice and talk us through plans. We learnt a lot about the current market through them also, which was helpful with our next purchase. Photos, viewings etc took place with minimal disruption to us. I did a lot of research on estate agents in the area, and we're really glad that we went with David Andrew.

GoogleI wanted to say thank you to davidandrew especially Philip Chuku, Lettings Manager who was responsible for the marketing of my flat rental. My flat underwent a major refurbishment to bring it to a good standard so naturally I wanted a good rental price. Philip had this in mind when setting the weekly rental which is exactly what I was looking for, within a couple of days of the photos going on-line Philip found a client who fell in love with it and made an on the spot offer. I wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received from Philip and the team that dealt with me, as they kept me well informed during the whole process.
