David Andrew have managed my flat for a decade, and have done a marvellous job all the way through. For six of those years I’ve been abroad, and four in London, and it has always been equally simple and trustworthy. Every time the flat has become vacant, they have found me good responsible tenants at a good rate in quick time. When the flat needed works doing, they did a great job project managing it for me, sorting all the contractors and overseeing the works., for great rates. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had an excellent experience buying a house marketed by David Andrew. Jana and Mark were accommodating of various surveys that we had to organise during the purchase and communication was always clear, transparent and honest. None of the nonsense that often accompanies buying a property. Highly recommended!

When we worked with this letting agent to find a flat for rent in fall 2021, the floor plan provided was incorrect and in fact after inspection proved that the rooms offered in an HMO were not large enough to meet government / council standards. Additionally, the houses we were shown were extremely expensive even for the market, and lacked normal safety features (stair banister, fire alarm, fire blanket). When I asked for certain documents they said they did not think they had them and were unsure if they could pass them along - despite being required to be publicly listed. I'd say the agents here were extremely pushy about getting us to sign a lease and offer above the asking price, and additionally when we did move in (due to the high competition for housing and need to find a place quickly) they were then unresponsive to safety concerns. Overall poor attitude towards tenants, not responsive and pushing unfit properties for well above market price. I wouldnt trust their valuation techniques on a property I was selling nor would I trust them to find me a property to let.

Just rude, no other way to describe the lady I spoke with, acted like it was an inconvenience that I had rung to arrange a viewing. Beyond this when trying to find a mutually agreeable date and time for a viewing this was not ok, you must view when they're free and that it is. And what ever you do, don't ask questions, that is not welcome. If you then take this exchange onto email, she will happily partake in sending passive aggressive replies. Just odd when an element of your business is conducting viewings, communication and surely helping to find a property!

They don't care about the tenants. Only work in the interest of the landlord. Scammed us out of our deposit by hiring a inventory company who specifically waited until we'd moved out to complete the inventory & claimed we needed a 'full clean' even though we had the house professionally cleaned. There's only a >10% chance of DPS voting on your favour of you dispute. They're absolutely creaming off of so many people who can't afford to wait the time to dispute the money so just give up. £100's out of pockets of the average person. It's disgraceful!

David Andrew valued my flat at 25k over than both big name competitors, charged a lower fee and crucially, were able to deliver on their valuation and got me 2 offers at asking within 2 weeks, in a pretty tough market. Despite a challenging house sale, these guys managed to stay positive and upbeat. What really stood out for me was the way they managed everything in a really diplomatic and professional way. This was the sale of my late mother's house and despite me living 120 miles away, they were able to help me greatly with a lot of the practical tasks in order to get the house ready and this was a HUGE weight off my mind. They were also very good at explaining the process to me who had never sold a property before. I would use them again and know that I made the right choice when assessing which estate agent I should use. (I interviewed four and David Andrew clearly stood out)
